Tuesday, 12/2 WOD

Today, work with a partner for a team workout.  This is a timed exercise -- each round, alternate exercises to save time.  You're not finished until both team members have done each exercise!  Post your team's time to the comments.  

100 m run
30 thrusters
10 wall balls

20 thrusters
20 wall balls

100 m run
10 thrusters
30 wall balls

After you're finished, cool off with 50 sit-ups.
