Monday, 12/1 WOD

Alright - let's finish 2008 strong! Today's workout is to try and get as many rounds of the following in as you can in 20 minutes.

9 reverse pull-ups
12 hand-stand push-ups
15 2 POOD DB swings

Post your totals to the comments (including where you left off if you're in the middle of a round). Finish off with a 300 m run.
