Thursday, 12/6 WOD

Here's today's workout:
  • 30 push ups, 60 squats, 400m run
  • 25 push ups, 50 squats, 400m run
  • 20 push ups, 40 squats, 400m run
  • 15 push ups, 30 squats, 400m run
  • 10 push ups, 20 squats, 400m run
  • 5 push ups, 10 squats, 400m run
This is not timed, but make sure to push yourself!
