Today's timed workout:
  • 400 m run
  • 60 wall balls
  • 30 ring push ups
  • 400 m run
  • 40 wall balls
  • 20 ring push ups
  • 400 m run
  • 20 wall balls
  • 10 ring push ups
  • 400 m run
Good luck -- if you run outside, please make sure to drink plenty of water!!
