Thursday, 5/15 WOD

Complete the following for time:
  • 21 box jumps, 21 burpees, 21 wall balls, 21 knees to elbows
  • 15 box jumps, 15 burpees, 15 wall balls, 15 knees to elbows
  • 12 box jumps, 12 burpees, 12 wall balls, 12 knees to elbows
  • 9 box jumps, 9 burpees, 9 wall balls, 9 knees to elbows
After the timed workout, finish up with 200 sit-ups.
