  • 21 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • 21 Turkish Get-Ups
  • 21 Box Jumps
  • 18 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • 18 Turkish Get-Ups
  • 18 Box Jumps
  • 15 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • 15 Turkish Get-Ups
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 9 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • 9 Turkish Get-Ups
  • 9 Box Jumps
If you're relatively new at this, take the round of 18 out of the workout.
