Monday, 1/28 WOD

Get the week started with five rounds of:
  • 15 DB dead lifts
  • 15 DB hang cleans
  • 15 DB front squats
  • 15 DB push presses
If you're just starting with CrossFit, adjust to do 5 reps of each. This is a timed workout.
