  • 135 lb thrusters - 10 reps, 100 jump rope
  • 135 lb thrusters - 8 reps, 80 jump rope
  • 135 lb thrusters - 6 reps, 60 jump rope
  • 135 lb thrusters - 4 reps, 40 jump rope
  • 135 lb thrusters - 2 reps, 20 jump rope
