Monday, 2/11 WOD

Do the following workout for time:
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 50 box jumps
  • 100 jump rope
  • 25 ring dips
  • 20 knees-to-elbows
  • 30 DB swings
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 20 DB hang cleans
  • 20 back extensions
  • 30 wall balls
