Friday, 12/21 WOD

Today's exercises will be three rounds - the first round will be 21 reps of each, the second 15 reps, and the final will be 9 reps.
  • Box Jumps
  • Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • Wall Balls
  • Thrusters
  • Burpees
