Thursday, 4/23 WOD

For time:

50 box jumps, 24" box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 DB swings, 1 pood.
50 steps, walking lunges
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push press, 45 lb
50 back extentions
50 wall ball shots, 20 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double unders (or 100 jump rope)

    Nearly puked a few times during the burpees, and only got in 50 single jump ropes before my calf cramped and dropped me to the floor.

    That was a fun workout.
