Thursday, 9/11 WOD

"Fight gone bad"

Complete three rounds of the following:
  • Wall balls
  • Push press
  • Box jumps
  • Sumo squat high pulls
  • Rows
Do as many reps of each exercise for one minute, and then rotate to the next section. Take a one minute break in between the rounds. Good luck!
