"Attitude Adjuster, II"

10 DB Thrusters, 20lbs
15 DB Thrusters, 15lbs
20 DB Thrusters, 10lbs
(2x)

Suicides (2x)

25 box jumps
25 wall balls

Plate/disc pushes (upper body-push plate flat on floor with your hands in a low crawl position and lower body-push pull plate flat on the ground with feet on plate, hands forward.)

15 Combination lifts-dead lift, power clean, push press, back squat then behind the neck press.
(connect each exercise in the same motion/rep.)
