Monday, 6/30 WOD

Work out hard this week so you can enjoy that grilling this weekend!! Here's today's workout:
  • 100 m run
  • 9 DB swings, sumo squat high pulls, and box jumps
  • 200 m run
  • 15 DB swings, sumo squat high pulls, and box jumps
  • 400 m run
  • 21 DB swings, sumo squat high pulls, and box jumps

  1. OK, so here's the deal... I accidently stumbled upon crossfit online. I got married, went back to school and had a baby at 33 all in 2 years, thus gaining 100 pounds. I wanted to email you at the center, but couldn't find a "contact" button. Anyhow, I realized that I don't go to the gym because I have a competitiveness that I want to tap into and the gym is quite boring. So... I think this is a sign... I was looking for something to push me and make me "hungry" to get back in shape.... HELP! I found the WOD videos. Should I start by doing these exercises each day (what you post). Should I combine this with "regular" workouts? Sorry for the long post. Thanks!!!
