Today's workout is timed:
  • 135 lb squat cleans - 10 reps, GHD sit-ups, 50 reps
  • 135 lb squat cleans - 8 reps, GHD sit-ups, 40 reps
  • 135 lb squat cleans - 6 reps, GHD sit-ups, 30 reps
  • 135 lb squat cleans - 4 reps, GHD sit-ups, 20 reps
  • 135 lb squat cleans - 2 reps, GHD sit-ups, 10 reps
