Lighter workout this morning:
  • 5 front squats, 10 ring dips (complete 3 rounds)
  • 3 front squats, 10 ring dips (complete 3 rounds)
  • 1 front squat, 10 ring dips (complete 3 rounds)
Finish off with some cardio!
