Here's a quick workout that'll make you sweat:
1 minute
jump rope
1 minute
push ups
1 minute
jump rope
1 minute
squats
1 minute
jump rope
1 minute
burpie pull ups
Rest briefly (30 seconds) in between each task.
Complete two (2) rounds.
