Tuesday, 11/20 WOD

Here's a quick workout that'll make you sweat:
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 1 minute push ups
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 1 minute squats
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 1 minute burpie pull ups
Rest briefly (30 seconds) in between each task. Complete two (2) rounds.
